    Booked king suite with heart shaped jacuzzi tub for 4 people. checked in, received a double queen room. called front counter, was put on hold for over 5 minutes, finally ...

    Booked King Suite with Heart Shaped Jacuzzi Tub for 4 people. Checked in, received a double queen room. Called front counter, was put on hold for over 5 minutes, finally we gave up and walked up to the front counter. Spoke to counter personnel and told them we had booked the king suite with jacuzzi tub.. Staff gave us a King room. There was a jacuzzi tub - a regular bath tub with jets. The stopper was broken, so the tub never filled. We didnt discover this until 1 am, so really didnt feel like changing rooms at that point.
