  I recently stayed for 2 days at this hotel and was extremely pleased. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and immaculate. The restaurant was great bonus, convenient and very good. Shuttle was free and did not stop at other hotels which made scheduling easy. I would recomment this hotel to anyone and would definetly stay there again.

  Great hotel. Best bed. Wnat one of my own. We did business and pleasure. It had free internet and free parking. Front desk staff extremely helpful for vacationing details. Helped us plan a last minute wedding. We rented a car so seemed in the middle of everything. Went to Hollywood Walk of Fame, Griffith Centre, Santa Monica, Long Beach, Whale Watching in Newport Beach (the best). We couldn't hear the airport but were close which was so nice. The pool and hot tub were the best. It was outdoors with palm trees and the trees surrounding it made you feel you were not in the middle of the city. The one problem. Put a sign on your door while you sleep. Room service woke us up every hour to see if we were still sleeping after 8 am. Weekend only. Weekday housekeeping was good. And I tipped housekeeping until this started. Anyway, the hotel was great. can't fault it for one bad staff. If I had of known to put my sign up I could have slept in to 11 each day. I know better next time. Yes I will go back again.

  This hotel was awesome. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it an 11 easily! The staff was very courteous, food very good and tasty (just a little too costly...breakfast $12), and rooms very clean. In terms of location, it was also great (about 5 minutes from airport). I sorta wish we didn't rent a car because the transit runs right by the hotel and would take you almost anywhere you want to go. Also, there is complementary shuttle to the beach and to and from the airport. If I had to return back to LA, it would be my first choice.

  Free computer in the business center means I haven't missed a beat! Loved the unexpected bonus of a free shuttle to Manhattan beach last night and they even droped us off at a near by mall so we could pick up items we forgot to pack. Shuttle drivers are kind and full of good info. Hotel staff is great. Bed is comfy and room is beautiful. Enjoyed the free cookie at the check-in desk it was hot out of the oven! Wish I wasn't so tired last or I would have used the pool and hot tub. I did wake up early and use the fitness center - had everything I needed except a water fountain. We're leaving for our cruise in just a few hours and I've enjoyed staying here for sure! Price was excellent considering the amenities. Be sure to call the hotel when you arrive at LAX otherwise they don't know to come pick you up. The info desk at LAX let me use their phone and had the hotel # for me.
