  New beds and bedding in our Deluxe room were great, but everything else was pretty run-down. No art work, color or character whatsoever, but the view was gorgeous and the sound of the river all night was great. Pool did not have view of river, but the kids were happy. Great restaurant across the street.

  After arriving to the Riverside Inn Resort we were quite disappointed as to their definition of "newly renovated" rooms. New paint and Wallpaper in my book does not mean renovated.To me that is just maintainance. Also the carpet was stained and the room was dusty. As far as "Riverside" yes, but when you look over the balcony all you see is scrub brush lining the riverside. I would think that if they are promoting that they are a Riverside Inn that they should at least clean up the shore that their hotel overlooks. The Inn has potential to be a nice place with a little effort. The room rate is not condusive to the quality of the hotel. IF the rate was in the $85~$100 range my review might have a different tone. We ended up checking out before staying there as there was a property just a block over that is owned by the company. This hotel I would recommed it's called "The Lodge" their staff was most helpful and accomidating.

  Night staff was great. Day staff was extremely rude. We asked for a noon checkout and were told ""NO"" then she called us at 11:01 to tell us to leave! Although the location was great and exterior looked good, the rooms were due for new carpet and updated bathroom and vanity areas. Lots of kids, lots of noise.

  Great Hotel, with beautiful and relaxing views of the river. Comfortable bed and newly renovated rooms. This is a great getaway spot for relaxing and keeping close to the action of the Jet Boats and other sites.

  Although the rooms need updating/remodeling, the service we got was great. Our room was nice and cool in the incredible heat; the pool was clean; and the Hellgate Jet Boats boarded right in front of our room on the river. We liked the central location, friendly staff, and the setting. Staff even helped us find a clinic for our daughter who got sick. We'll come back.
