  My mom, sister and I recently stayed at the Fogcatcher Inn and had the best experience. The people were so friendly - both on the phone when booking the place and in person during our stay. We specifically chose this place over all the many other places to stay along Moonstone Beach because they were so helpful and friendly when initially inquiring. We had a great room, clean, quiet, and with all of the amenities we could ask for. The short walk to the boardwalk was excellent, the fresh cookies upon arrival, the helpful staff, the hot breakfast in the morning, and quiet garden atmosphere kept us raving about our stay. We got excellent advice on dinner suggestions, and the room was spacious, linens comfy as well - all for such a reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

  Friendly staff, tasty hot breakfast, great pool and spa. We stayed in a mini-suite which overlooked the ocean. Our room worked well for our family of 4. A bit pricey for ""off season"", but the million dollar view made up for it. My only complaint: microwave and mini-refrigerator needed cleaning. Also, our room lacked a good dusting. I am sure this was just a minor oversight. Never-the-less, my family and I had such a nice time that we will certainly be back in the near future.

  If you love the ocean and beach fun for your family this is a great spot. The location is right across the road from a long stretch of beach. Perfect for walking or just relaxing on the sand. The mornings were calm but the afternoons on the beach were windy.
  The high ceelings were wonderful... so relaxing. The microwave in the room was handy for heating water for hot chocolate or baking a potato for dinner. Speaking of food, the breakfast was ample with hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, hot coffee, breads, muffins, waffles, and teas. The free newspaper was nice too if you had the time to read it. The wireless internet worked well from our room. The warm pool was fun to play in at the end of the day and the HOT tub felt good too. The gas fire place warmed the room... a nice touch.
