  This hotel has recently been remodeled. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The morning hot breakfast was great, especially the Belgian waffles, fruit and coffee. We ate in the restaurant twice. Both times the waiter was helpful and the food was good. There are four computers in the lobby area with printers. This was helpful for going on line, as well as finding directions. The front desk also helped us find a location when the computers were busy. My only complaint was noisy neighbors the second night we were there. I had expected the hotel to deal with loud guests, but I finally had to ask the people to be quiet at almost midnight. I didnot report them to the front desk, but I also presumed the hotel staff would step in. Next time I'll call the front desk.

  When booking through Travel online, there was no designation of "smoking" or "non-smoking" rooms. Upon arrival, desk stated that in there wasn't a specific "request". Guests were assigned to a smoking room. First night was AWEFUL! Nothing else was available. Second night was given a complimentary upgrade to a very nice non-smoking room.

  My wife and I took our two kids to a concert in San Bernardino. The hotel was great. The room was clean. We had two queen beds and a pull-out sofa -- all very comfortable. The pool is located in a beautiful courtyard and was very clean. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is located in a business park in an area that seemed very safe. It is just off a major freeway so there is quick access to nearby destinations. Excellent deal all around.

  We had a great stay @ the Best Western. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were large and CLEAN!!! The location was great for our stay. One day we shopped @ Victoria Gardens and Ontario Mills, and the next day we went SKIING in Big Bear. YES we were that close:) We are lookig foward to our next little get away weekend. Thank you Best Western InnSuite.

  This hotel was awesome with a super friendly staff and a wonderful hot breakfast. They had free wireless internet and the staff went out of their way to print directions for places of interest. We took advantage of the free shuttle to places around the area several times. Our room was very clean and was so spacious, complete with fridge, microwave, sink, etc. The beds were really nice and comfy. It felt like a home away from home, and I hated to leave. I will stay at Best Western again and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
