  I should have known this hotel was bad with rooms for $*. a night! This one in Rohnert Park was older, right next to the freeway and you had to pass through a gas station or Burger King to get to. Our blanket was dirty. The rooms do not have blowdryers. Our group rented 4 rooms and they all stunk of cigarette smoke and room freshener spray. Even though, when you check in the agreement you sign say's there is a $*. fine if you smoke in your room !! My sister's room on the bottom floor smelled so bad she left after the first of our 3 night stay. And the lock on the inside of her door had been busted off!! My other sister stayed in the junior suite which was 2 rooms connected. One room had 2 queen beds and a bathroom, the other had 2 king beds and NO bathroom!! All the people in these 2 rooms had ONE bath to share!! We were on the 3rd floor and my husband is recovering from knee surgery. There is one elevator and it was fithy!!! A terrible decision to stay here!! It ruined our vacation!!

  Very convenient location off of highway 101. Gas station and fast food restaurants right next door. Rooms were basic. No coffee in rooms, but there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. Staff was helpful. A little noisy between 10-11 p.m. but that quieted down. My room was next to the pool so that may have been the problem.

  Had requested nonsmoking rooms and got smoking (even tho' one was labeled non-smoking). Were told that non-smoking rooms were not guaranteed even tho' we had a reservation. In addition to the smell of smoke, a terrible floral spray had been sprayed in the rooms (not a cleaning spray), Bed had a plastic, waterproof mattress cover that crackled and had us sweating all night. Air conditioners did not work well. Bathrooms had mold. When one daughter wanted a bath I got a tissue to clean out the hair in the drain and pulled out 6 inches of mold and hair. Yuk!

  We stayed at this hotel during our travels and will never stay at one again. We were put in a horrible room with the rug tore up and stained, smelled like smoke (asked for non smoking) and it had huge bugs in it. The front desk clerk told me even though we made a reservation, it is first come first serve. I'm sure this is why we were given this room! It looked nothing like the pictures on this website so beware.

  Stayed here two nights to go to Nascar at Infineon. Easy to get to from Santa Rosa airport. Right off 101; in fact you can see it. Easy to get back on 101 either direction. Liked fast food restaurants within walking distance and WalMart across street. Sunday morning I enjoyed a good cup of coffee and pastry at their office lounge. Easy check in and out; staff courteous. Had ground floor room facing 101; no problem with noise. Saturday night I went to get ice and noticed sign at office that there was no vacancy--that should speak for itself. Didn't notice any noise from adjacent rooms which surprised me. Only negative thing I might add is carpet was pretty bad. Know housekeeping came in but couldn't tell if they vacuumed or not carpet was in such bad shape. I went to WalMart and bought slippers. But appreciated the affordability as most places jack up rates for Nascar events. So conceded putting up with carpet if that's how they can keep rates down. Other than carpet room was clean. No problem with parking.
