  Construction of room was poor. Out dated decor and furniture. Televisions are the cheapest money can buy. TV signal was weak and we had a lot of snow. Mismatched antiquated appliances in kitchenette. All doors did not close correctly. Extended stay residents with pets made Friday night a party scene. Non stop talking and laughing all night. Creepy questionable persons on site. Breakfast was barely acceptable. We stayed in two rooms and were to be near each other. The rooms shared a common wall but the entrances were at complete opposite ends of each other. Coincidentally we saw a commercial that night about the hotel boasting cookies 24/7, never did we see or were we offered one cookie ever!

  I selected this hotel mainly on price and proximity to the Ontario airport. I arrived late at night, but the hotel was prompt in sending the shuttle to pick me up, and the desk clerk was waiting for me. The room was nice, but small. The bed was hard as a rock though! Otherwise, I liked the room. Good breakfast included in the price of the room - hot and cold items and a nice selection of both, plus beverages. Free internet connection, but you had to get a user name and password from the front desk.

  We selected this motel from the online travel website. My wife flew into Ontario and her mother and daughter and a couple of grandkids met her there (They live local). She was there for a 5 night stay. The motel staff was very helpful about letting the grandkids stay with their grandmother for a couple of the 5 nights. The suite arrangement gives enough room for several people to be comfortable without crowding. The breakfast was great, starting the day with more than a do-nut or cereal is a good thing. They have B & G as well as eggs and waffles available. The motel paid for her cab from the airport because their shuttle bus wasn't available. this place is clean and very well staffed. Her only negative comment (rating 4 instead of 5) was that for this large a motel, the pool is fairly small.
  
  We will use this motel for our Fall trip to SoCal for sure. It is located very close to the Airport, many restaurants, and the Mall and Costco for shopping access. Rates are reasonable compared to others of the same standard in the area. A special thanks to the staff for the excellent service.

  The staff at this hotel went out of it's way to make me feel welcome and to accomodate any questions I had. They had a list of local restaurants and places to visit, they provided maps to show me how to get to my appointment and always greeted me with a smile. The king suite was roomy and I loved not having to live in my bedroom. The full kitchen was a plus so I didn't have to eat out every meal. The breakfast variety would satisfy anyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
