  This was by far the worst hotel room i have ever been in. the sink and countertop were broken, the clothing rack had been pulled off the wall, the wallpaper ...

  This was by far the worst hotel room I have ever been in. The sink and countertop were broken, the clothing rack had been pulled off the wall, the wallpaper was peeling in some places and completely missing in others, the place was FILTHY - you could see the outline of where pictures had been hung on the wall. The shoes from the last person who stayed there were still in the room begging the question, "Did they clean?". The phone was missing the cord to the handset. I could go on. The only positives was the free access to wireless and the guy who checked us in. When I think of what just $10 more would have bought me at a Super8 or Days Inn. It makes me just sick to think how much money I paid to stay at the Vagabond. When I checked out the next morning, I told the woman on duty that they should not be renting that room out. Her reply was pitiful, "We're remodeling so some of the rooms are worse than others." I don't care. You shouldn't be renting it out.

  Was home for family emergency needed place close to hospital only stayed one night due to the finding of roaches when getting ready in the am after sleeping in this ...

  was home for family emergency needed place close to hospital only stayed one night due to the finding of roaches when getting ready in the AM after sleeping in this place. When we approached management all they could say was I have never seen them before. Then due to failing health of family member had to stay at hospital. Manager accused of making up story to not have to pay the rest of week rate. We provided letter written by hospital caseworker. Not exactly family oriented.

• Very Close to the airport and light-rail. Clean and comfortable

  I would definitely stay here again. friendly staff, great rate and just a few minutes to the airport. the room was comfortable and easy to ge to.

  Nothing significant about it except that i thought the ptice high for the room being under construction. i could have stayed where airport delivery was featured for a somewhat higher ...

  Nothing significant about it except that I thought the ptice high for the room being under construction. I could have stayed where airport delivery was featured for a somewhat higher cost which would have been worthwhile and something I will include in the future.

  I had to stay over a night in SJ recently and needed to stay within a certain budget since my company doesn't pay for a hotel when I miss a flight. I really was pleased at the front desk's service and I had a restful night.
