  it was great for the price because there's SOOOO much in the area!! we were a little scared coming in because it looked a little rough - but when we got to the hotel - the area cleaned up a lot. the hotel room itself wasn't all that bad... it's worth the money if you're vacationing on a budget. it's our last stop before we head back home so it's really not all that bad. we got the king standard and it's got a great view of the city.. can even see the ocean. it's a bit of a hike to get to the pier but we went and splurged and spent around $* for the cab.... depends on the taxi driver on how much you'll pay because they like taking diff. routes around here to hike up the price.... that's the annoying part... other than that though the hotel was alright if you're looking for a decent room under $*.

  hotel... I am staying in this hotel now, and using free Wifi. Speed is faster than other hotels and motels. The front door is a part of its luxyrious. main lobby is absolutely looking better than another Inns. Room is quite big enough for two ppl. Bed sheets are clean. No chemical odor. However, as a person who wrote a review below, there is stinky smell on the hallways. The elevators look like 80's. This one has been vacant for long I guess. I have never seen a single person since I checked in. This place is so quite that I can take a rest. But if you dont like a place too quite, stay away. So far, only 4 rooms are taken, out of almost 100 rooms.

  Well, this was the place I arrived at to stay until I found an apartment. The front lobby is the nicest part of the place. I figured since I needed a place to stay for a few weeks this place would suffice. It is very dirty, old and dingy. The only positive thing I can say as that they let me leave without any notice. Still, I looked at every other hotel in the area and they are all pretty much just as dirty

  I stayed here for the location; I wanted to be close to Riviera Village and the ocean with my family. I knew it would be modest, but I just couldn't warm up to the place. Yes, it does have an odor (especially in the hallways), and it feels like it's being run on the cheap. It has a great location, but management should do a large-scale re-do!

  The elevators were broken, the rooms smelled, missing door knobs on the stairway door. The registration person was not friendly. Other employees were very nice and polite when we requested items for the rooms.
