  My family had a fabulous stay at Comfort Inn and enjoyed the strategic proximity to attractions such as Lego Land, Sea World and San Diego. Not only that, but having the marina and beach within walking distance 'or short drive'if preferred' made for memorable afternoons/evenings near the ocean. We would stay at this hotel all over again!

  It was fabulous.I was in the area to visit my son stationed at Camp Pendleton. I waivered between this and another hotel chain. The room was great. I had little interaction with the staff but the little I did, they were helpful and nice folks. The continental breakfast was yummy. A full variety of items to choose from, cold cereal to eggs and sausage or bacon , waffles and everthing in between. The neighborhood was senic and convenient.Very easy access on and off interstate 5. Driving wasn't to hectic and walking was close prosimity to shopping quaint little stores, several cafe type restruants and the beach and pier were reasonably close. Even old fashioned theaters and a cinema. I was alone in my travels and had no issues with feeling safe coming and going all hours of the day and night. If ever I have a need to back in this area I will certainly stay here again. I would recommed to any and everyone I know.

  The Pool was "out of order" and so cold only the ducks were swimming in it, I wouldn't want to. I understand why the breakfast was free, no one would pay for the quality. Finally the business center was closed so if you didn't bring your laptop it was too bad for you. Staff didn't seem to care.

  The location of this motel is excellent if you are going to visit Oceanside or are going to visit Camp Pendleton. The motel is reasonably quiet and is well-run. The free breakfast is better than most free breakfasts that are offered elesewhere.

  Nice, clean room. Good breakfast. Helpful, friendly service. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool or fitness room, but the laundry room was nice to have for my returning Marine. I would definately stay here again.
