  Clean, very quiet comfortable room on the 9th floor opposite the freeway. Efficient, friendly staff. Discounted room rate was excellent although there was a daily charge for parking. Rooms and queen sized beds seemed a little smaller than we expected. All considered, it was a great hotel and a good price. The location was very convenient for our day trips. We would choose to stay here again.

  5/16/2009-5/19/2009): 1) broken & leaky iron. 2) sink cracked badly. 3) carpet filthy-left foot prints in shower. 4) had to slam entry door to close. ...

  (5/16/2009-5/19/2009): 1) Broken & leaky iron. 2) Sink cracked badly. 3) Carpet filthy-left foot prints in shower. 4) Had to slam entry door to close. 5) Broken surge protector. 6) Heat lamp in bathroom burned out. 7) Commode leaked all day and night. 8) Bedside lamp inoperable Hotel Condition: 1) Very cool water in hot tub. 2) Shut off room keys at 6 a.m. the day of departure. Had to go to the lobby and get new keys. Sheratons response: ""By way of apology for the inconveniences you have experienced I would like to offer you 500 Starpoints. Please reply to this message providing your full and and address and I will create your account and credit the points."" BTW - it takes 2000 points to get a free night. Won't be staying at any hotel in this chain again!

  Staff were wonderful and very responsive. However, hotel is very noisy (freeway) unless you can get the non-freeway side. Even if you do get the side away from the freeway, it is still not very quiet. No 'sweet sleeper' bed available via the rate I booked at - have not had such a poor 2 nights sleep at a Sheraton in a long time. Mattress and linens were really just fair. Again, nice staff but not what I expect comfort-wise from a Sheraton.

  Hotel was nicely decorated, front desk staff was friendly even when swamped. Bed was comfy and room was quiet, even near elevator. Bathroom was clean and modern. Only drawback, no ice machine on 2nd floor.

  Wish I had read the other reviews before I booked. The hotel advertised a shuttle, but it runs ONLY for crews from the airlines. IF they have room and IF you don't have many bags, they MIGHT take you. I was told the shuttle would run "if available." When I was ready to leave, I was informed that the shuttle was not available, even though it was sitting by the front door. When I pointed that out, I was informed that the driver was "off duty." Strangely, the only person who offered to help me get a cab to the airport was the shuttle driver, even though there were five Sheraton "suits" working the front desk and entry lobby at the time. BE READY TO ADD $60 TO WHATEVER ROOM PRICE YOU'RE QUOTED - YOU'LL NEED IT FOR THE "NOT AVAILABLE" SHUTTLE. Had I known, I would have stayed in a downtown hotel. This location is not all that great.
