  We stayed for two nights Nov. 2009. We had a clean room, nice bedding, friendly desk assistance. Our room had what appeared to be all new carpet and drapery. The new vinyl shower curtain, while it was attractive, gave off a very offensive odor. We kept bathroom door closed and ran the exhaust fan. The breakfast was very nice that was located at the suites across the street. We would stay again. The location was just what we needed. The price was great.

  The deal was good. The hotel was nice enough looking, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little odd, because it was across the street and up a block at another of their properties, but it was well worth the trip. It was a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes, and an array of pastries, etc. We stay at hotels at least a couple days a month, and this one compared well for motels/hotels of average ratings (not resorts or major hotels with multiple restaurant and nightclubs, etc).

  I stayed at the Shilo Inn during an exam at the Pomona Fairplex. My first night I was hoping for a good night of sleep. When I pulled the covers back, two spiders scurried out of my sheets. I saw more the following night. Also, the hair dryer didn't work and the ice machine was broken. Staff was unconcerned that I had a poor experience
