  Nice hotel, just don't take room 108. complained about the toilet, it backed up 50 % of the time. staff said it would be fixed. that night, same thing. maintenance ...

  Nice hotel, just don't take room 108. Complained about the toilet, it backed up 50 % of the time. Staff said it would be fixed. That night, same thing. Maintenance came and plunged it , said that 108 plugs up alot and they have alot of complaints. He left the plunger with us, and we had to use it frequently. Not what you'd expect from a hotel. The staff said they'd look into it ; I felt they were just appeasing me, never to fix it; but offered me no compensation.

  If you are going on vacation, pick another hotel. This hotel is great for biz travelers and it really feels like a biz hotel. You won't like it, if you're on vacation. If it's more than one of you, pick another hotel the beds are Full size at best. My wife and I are athletic normal sized people and we had the worst night sleep ever. It actually ruined our getaway. If you're alone, you should be fine. My wife talks in her sleep...she actually rolled over in her sleep saying...this is horrible. If you stay here, demand on the top i.e. 4th floor...the floor/ceiling is hardly soundproof. The hotel staff was nice enough to move us on the second night. I work out every morning...the stationary bike was broken then when I went to use the spa after my workout...it was cold. We called and asked them to turn it up and checked back on it, in the evening...still cold. It's a real small hotel...come on! can't the few things you have, just work?? Anyway...If you love TV, like I do...forget it. The Tv is at this funky angle to the bed that forces you to watch TV from the desk chairs in the room...On a good note...The breakfast was ample and the kitchen is very useful...

  I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times at this point over the past 2 years. If you are doing business in the area, it can't be beat for value and comfort. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and will go out of their way if you treat them as you would a friend or family member (i.e. with respect). You will find freshly baked cookies at the front desk every evening and a bowl of apples at any time. There are two computers and a printer off the reception area and there is no charge at all for this. They will give you paper for free to refill the printer. They serve a very modest breakfast but you can get a more elaborate one by just walking across the parking lot to the other hotel. They run a shuttle to and from the airport but they will take you anywhere within a two mile radius.

  Nice hotel, if you don't mind ants in your bathroom. I changed my rooms with ants, only to get a second room that also had ants. The staff was unapologetic, slow to change rooms (2 hours with me calling and pushing them) but did pay for drycleaning. The bathrooms of two rooms had ants; not just 3 random ants but crawling with ants, wandering around the bathtub, up the wall and across the floor. Staff seemed unsurprised and did not have any interest in their ant problem, to me it was a nightmare. The spa is outside. The service is slow, but pleasant, except for Mike who goes above and beyond, he, the comforter and the cookies made this place bearable; I did change hotels and the staff at the Radisson is quite responsive in comparison. This place is otherwise nice, with nice decor, but bugs are not acceptable at a hotel. The comforter cover had a large cigarette burn in it, I was in a nonsmoking room. The smoking half of the floor smells terrible unsurprisingly. The staff was somewhat helpful but came across to me as lazy (except for Mike who is one of the better hotel staff I've come across.) The staff definitely will not be rude to you and are fairly friendly all-around, but not informative. This hotel as a company I thought put a lot of thought into this hotel and in that respect I am impressed; without additional fees you can have them drop off groceries to your fridge, watch a dvd from their collection, do your laundry and there are cookies in the evening. The contintal breakfast is hardboiled eggs,bagels and cereals but ends at 9am. The kitchens were good with a two-burner stove and good set of kitchen supplies, dishwasher,large fridge.

  Nice hotel, if you don't mind ants in your bathroom. I changed my rooms with ants, only to get a second room that also had ants.
