  We so enjoyed our recent stay at this Country Inn in Camarillo. When we checked in, we explained my mom needed a smoking room, and we preferred a non-smoking room. They cheerfully put us near one another, accommodating our requests graciously. The hotel had not only a hot breakfast daily(included), a fridge and microwave in the room, but also happy hour daily! It wasn't the usual beer and wine. They had snacks galore and mixed drinks as well as beer and wine. It was quiet, and we were on the first floor near the lobby. I suggest though, if you want to see area attractions, take your own map. The only thing the front desk didn't have was a map of southern California.

  This hotel has recently renovated their lobby & breakfast room. The rooms are huge, breakfast & the ""Happy Hour"" are a good value - This hotel isn't the newest in the area, but it's the only hotel in Camarillo or Oxnard that gives a FREE full breakfast & Happy Hour drinks. Bed was comfortable, Free wireless internet all through the building, all in all, a great value -

  The room we were given was adjacent to the hwy 101 freeway and the noise was terrible all night long. there were not enough people staying there that night that ...

  The room we were given was adjacent to the Hwy 101 Freeway and the noise was terrible all night long. There were not enough people staying there that night that they had to assign u that room. The toilet seat in the bathroom had obviously beeen broken for some time and was okay unless you had to sit down. On a positive note, the breakfast wasa great and the employees were quite good.
