  Booked this for a 3 night stay, looks beautiful & spacious on the site. Advertised on the Beach, on concrete slough, about 8 blocks from a usable beach. These are apartments being managed not hotel rooms And definitely not resort living. After 6 pm you have to search-call-search-call for assistance. Traveled 12 hours only to have another 1.5 hours to check in and then the key didn't work. Walked in, the 1st thing that hit us was the stale odor of cigarettes. Was then informed they do not provide toilet paper & would have to go to the local market to purchase. If we weren't exhausted from our drive, we would have walked out. Bathrooms were not clean. One Bathroom had nicotine stains dripping from the ceiling. Bedrooms were nice. Apt. staged nicely. Dog friendly for permanent tenants, pay an additional $300 to have your niece's dog visit for just 20 minutes. Pool was closed. Informed rackets & balls available at check in and where to get. When we did, was told they don't have them. Then called customer service line, was told since it was holiday weekend they would contact me the following Tuesday. When we checked out, we pulled the garbage from to dump in trash drop, about 50 cockroaches went running every direction. No calls rec'd for 2 weeks. Called again and then rec'd a customer satisfaction survey emailed. Completed hoping someone would return my call, no one did.
