My family and I came up to enjoy some river rafting and visit a nearby casino so Folsom was the perfect place to stay. And let me tell you, what a perfect hotel to stay in. There are multiple restaurants, an outlet mall, and movie theater within walking distance. The rooms are so comfortable. We stayed in an room that had a full kitchen and what a difference that made. Being that we have children, we kept juices and snacks stocked for the whole trip. The hotel also provides an "upgraded" continental breakfast with Starbucks coffee and room service from some of the local restaurants (Macaroni Grill, Chevys, etc.). I travel quite a bit and stay in some pretty ritzy places but I can say with certainty that this was one of the most comfortable hotels that I have experienced. Not only did it have everything that I was looking for for this trip, the staff was polite and friendly and the service impeccable.

This hotel's main focus seems to be the business traveler and the same care is given to the weekend leisure traveler. Just across the way from the outlet mall but tucked away in a quite corner of another center. Very helpful & friendly employees. Nice touches with apples/cookies at the front desk at various hours. A well done continental breakfast. Better quality single serving cups of cereal not the extremely basic/boring canisters of cheerios/corn flakes/raisin bran at other places I have stayed. The juice is single serving bottles so they are easy to take back to your room or on the way for the day. Starbucks coffee! 1st time in years I actually drank hotel coffee instead of going out. Room was comfortable with nice desk area & full kitchen. Flat screen TV on swivel stand was nice feature to view from many areas of the room. Feather bed wasn't as luxurious as I anticipated and Folsom is a little warm for the feather comforter but still a nice touch. Nice shower spray & arched shower rod for lots of elbow room. Upgraded lotion/soap/shampoo and nice thick towels. Was on the 4th floor & the window opens nicely with good screen so could enjoy lots of fresh air. My room was nice & quite providing a good night's sleep. Enjoyed the little extra touches. Excellent value for the price on weekends.

My Husband and I frequently stay here when we visit family in the Sacramento area. Although it is a little more remote than some of the other hotel options, we never consider staying elsewhere. The rooms are always spotless, and they include a small kitchenette so you can bring food/snacks into the room and actually prepare meals. While there is no restaurant in the hotel, there are several within walking distance or a short drive. The beds are ridiculously comfortable (think ""W"") and the hotel offers a selection of pillows so there is one just right for every taste. They staff is friendly, courteous, and tripping over themselves to meet all of your needs. We typically arrive rather late at night, and there is always a hot cup of cocoa, coffee, or cider to be had along with a warm welcome - no matter the hour. There are laundry facilities and vending machines on site, and a business center that can handle the needs of most business travelers. The Outlets are right across the street should there be anything you need/forgot, or you just want to kill some time. If I had to choose something that could use some improvement, I would say it would have to be the complimentary continental breakfast. It's very modest and there aren't many items to choose from - especially if you have special dietary needs. No sweat, though, as I mentioned the kitchenette in each room is outstanding and has all the tools necessary for you to make a very nice breakfast. If you are someone looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable, reliable, hotel, this one will not disappoint!!! You'll soon find you're a regular too!!!
