  Room was great. Our bed was very comfortable - we slept very well! Quiet, convenient, good staff, tasty breakfast...I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend and we would plan to stay here again next time we're in the area.

  I'll try to give you info information to let you know how awful our stay was.
  first, when we checked in at the front desk the young women ...

  I'll try to give you info information to let you know how awful our stay was.
  First, when we checked in at the front desk the young women there was rude, to busy to
  care for us, she acted as if we interuppted her when we walked in to check in.
  Second, the rooms were filthy-housekeeping wasn't consistent.
  Third, when we let the front desk know they did nothing about the issues we we're having with the heater and the shower.
  Fourth, who is the maintenance people they took care of nothing
  Fifth, at dinner time we spoke to lady from sales - she said she was from Hawaii. We didn't need to know that we just wanted to help take care of the issues we we're having.
  Sixth ythey tried to charge me for changing the date I had to leave to an earlier date. After my
  whole stay here I had to get out. I checked out and went to the Marriott Residence Inn next door.
  If you want to pay for a good product and a comfortable environment go to the Residence Inn.

  Imagine our surprise to find an awesome outdoor pool surrounded by gardens and patio tables. A BBQ feature that is totally available to guests to use. Sundowner receptions tues to thurs evenings was excellent. Breakfast included make your own waffles and hot entrees such as eggs and sausage and was delicious. Staff was very enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Shuttle service was helpful and available. Definitely will stay again!
