  Great hotel, clean, new, and spacious. a few blocks from nice dinner options, coffee, and a cute wine bar. it was more than i expected for the price...book it!

  We wanted a hotel in hillsboro and we got the holiday inn express. the hotel was clean, the beds were not comfortable but clean, the breakfast buffet was minimal and ...

  We wanted a hotel in Hillsboro and we got the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was clean, the beds were not comfortable but clean, the breakfast buffet was minimal and the hotel staff really disappointing since they were not friendly or helpful. I do not recommend it.

  These people did not inform us that there was an airshow in town and we were right across from the airport. this caused horrendous traffic problems and at certain points ...

  These people did not inform us that there was an airshow in town and we were right across from the airport. This caused horrendous traffic problems and at certain points in each day we could not even get to our hotel unless we went into the next town (about 15 mi away) and back track through country roads that were hard for an out of towner to negotiate. We never had maid service while we were there. We had a coffee pot, no coffee, sweetner or creamers or coffee cups. When asked for, was told they would be provided, but never saw them. When we went to put things in the refrigerator we discovered that it was not plugged in so we had to pull it out away from the wall and plug it in ourselves. The room was not dusted, the walls had only been repainted about 6" from the ceiling and the carpet was dirty with red stains. The bathtub took almost 2 hours to drain after taking a shower!! NEVER AGAIN

  The holiday inn express in hillsboro, or was very pleasant. the continental breakfast was excellent as well as the room. the staff was extremely friendly and courtesy.

• service stinks!

  We were expecting important documents from fed ex that sat on the front counter for 2 days without us being notified about its presense. we finally had to go down ...

  we were expecting important documents from Fed Ex that sat on the front counter for 2 days without us being notified about its presense. We finally had to go down to the lobby our selves and ask if it had come in yet. The staff was very rude especially the manager. we also were charged more than we originally booked for, so make sure you ask what price you are being charged before checking in.
