  Staff is the best I have dealt with. Friendly and courteous. Fun to do business with. two bedroom suite is very comfortable and spacious with full kitchen and fireplace. Rooms are very clean. If for any reason you dont like your room, the staff will move you to to another room of your choice and move your belongings also. Very safe area to take walks and browse around. Close to Manhatten/Hermose/Rodondo beaches and restourants and shopping. I would stay here again and recommend it for pleasure and business. Stay here ... you wont be sorry.

  I thought this hotel would be pretty decent due to the high price but i was proven wrong. the staff was super friendly but the rooms need improvement. the suites ...

  I thought this hotel would be pretty decent due to the high price but I was proven wrong. The staff was super friendly but the rooms need improvement. The suites are a nice size but my room had a really bad gnat problem. The bed was horrible, you can feel every spring. The bathroom door opens into the mirror side so you have no choice but to close the door if you want to try to move around, which makes it hot. The free breakfast was good and the staff was also friendly in the dining room. Overall it's just the hotel that needs improvement.
