  Even through the facility is very nice, our room was dirty. There was white pasty stuff on the carpet in front of the sink; a dirty washcloth was left in the shower; the fridge had red sticky stuff along the inside of the door and shelves; and there was something small and green dried to a "clean" hand towel. When the front desk asked about any housekeeping/maintenance needs at checkout and I started to share our experience, she was only worried about their upcoming inspection. No apology, no note of the white pasty stuff, just concern for the upcoming inspection. Also, as a previous rater noted, the continental breakfast was disappointing. This COULD be a great hotel.

  I have never seen a hotel with suites like this one. two kings, two rooms, two tvs, and two bathrooms. worked out great for taking the kids and my dad. ...

  I have never seen a hotel with suites like this one. Two kings, two rooms, two TVs, and two bathrooms. Worked out great for taking the kids and my dad. Kids loved the WARM pool too! Breakfast of frozen waffles and dry biscuits and gravy both mornings was a bit disappointing though."

• Poor Customer Service & Inadequate Facilities

  Directions to hotel were poor. our toilet quit working so they ?moved us? to another room up 1 floor (they did not assist.) said they had no extra blankets or ...

  Directions to hotel were poor. Our toilet quit working so they ?moved us? to another room up 1 floor (they did not assist.) Said they had no extra blankets or pillows (some of us were cold as a result.) The fire alarm went off 4 times between 3am and 4am (we had to call desk ourselves to find out it was a malfunction.) We received no offers of discount or any sort of apology as we checked out, (the desk clerk said ""it wasn't their fault."") Also another customer complained that the laundry facilities were out of order.

  The houskeeping staff were very nice.the front desk staff were too ""busy"" too assist incoming travelers. the blonde, in particular, was condescending and needs an attitude overhaul!
