  Let me start with some general problems that I found with this hotel: 1) Rooms were extremely dirty. I could see layer of dust on the carpet, looked like the carpet was not vacuumed for months. 2) Beds are very uncomfortable and I found 3 bugs on my bed. I had to clean my bed before I could sleep. 3) Water pressure in the bathroom is as low as it could get. Now to specific problems I faced: Toilet of the room that was alloted to me backed up after first use. I called up front desk and reported the problem. The guy at front desk asked me to come and pick up the pump to try to clear the back-up as they do not have any maintenance guy after 6PM (I called him at 7:30PM). I used the pump to try and clear the back up however it did not. I called him again and reported that the back up is not clearing so either he should give me a different room or get some one to fix it. He then came to my room to take a look. He tried to fix it but the problem did not go. So I asked him again to give me another room, then he started arguing with me about how I should not push him to give another room and I should speak to him nicely as he is trying to fix the problem. He also had the audacity to tell me that I am not using toilet correctly. After I raised my voice and made it clear that I am not willing to stay if he doesn't give a different room then he budged and gave a different room to me.

  This hotel is in a terrible area of town; did not feel safe. the paint was peeling in the rooms. nuff said.

  My 4 yr old daughter and i arrived late after a long day at disneyland. hotel sits on the road in a dumpy, dirty part of town. i was scared. ...

  My 4 yr old daughter and I arrived late after a long day at Disneyland. Hotel sits on the road in a dumpy, dirty part of town. I was scared. Reception took a long time checking in the people before us. He was slow and difficult to understand. After waiting 1/2 hr to finish other customers he proceeded to tell us we did not have a reservation even though we had a copy of our confirmation. He was rude and not helpful. By this time it was 1 am and we had to find another hotel to stay. Part of which was fine because the area of town the hotel is in is scary.
