  Stayed for two nights midweek, booked because of positive reviews, ease of access to downtown, and price. Very pleased with hotel, roomy rooms, nice bathroom, great dressing area outside of bathroom, very clean. Chocolate chip cookies at reception on arrival. We were concerned when we got to our room that it was right by the elevator and that we'd hear people in the halls and the ding of the elevator all night, but we never heard it at all once in the room. Breakfast is pretty good, eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, rolls, muffins..... Free parking, yeah! Overall, we were very satisfied.

  We had a great weekend at the Watertown Hotel over Memorial Day weekend (2009) Courteous and helpful staff and shuttle drivers. Very nice room. We will stay there again and we are gladly recommending it to our friends. Much nicer than downtown Seattle where each hotel has high parking charges, internet fees and mini bar rip-offs. The Watertown is a great value.

  The hotel is beautiful, very modern and bright. The staff goes out of its way to provide the best customer service possible. Parking was great, room was clean and very nice, location is great, fresh baked cookies everyday, food excellent, our two year old loves the place, kid friendly etc................ Our thanks to the Waterfront, we will be back again!!!!!!

  We wanted to drive to the mountains and with the great review of this hotel made us choose this hotel. The parking is free and the staff were all upbeat and helpful (except the one in the late afternoon - she looked miserable!). The room is large and well-kept. This is the unusual hotel with lots of service that are not known to other hotels! Due to the approximaty to U of W, there are many affordable foreign cuisines around, and there was the entensive delivery menu available in the room. Coffee/tea is always available at quiet lounge, and the complimentary breakfast was more than I had expected. There are free shuttles available to many spots. I wish the bathroom floor was vacuumed during the stay. There was no thermostat, and the A/C unit was rather noisy. I chose to open the window to let the cool Seattle air in. HOwever, we were waken up by loud banging sounds from the construction across the street. We got the great price for the room, and we would definitely stay here.

  We were delighted with the rooms, price and amenities. the proximity of fun restaurants and theatres and the university of washington. great shuttle service into downtown, too/
