  Room rate was not "best available", pet fee is twice the posted rate, no a/c in room, filthy coffee cups, poor maintenance in bathroom, management & staff couldn't care ...

  Room rate was not "best available", pet fee is twice the posted rate, no A/C in room, filthy coffee cups, poor maintenance in bathroom, management & staff couldn't care less & didn't follow through. I have travelled extensively and am quite forgiving of little discrepencies. I am less so of poor service, worse attitude, and lack of basic hospitality & followup by the management. Too bad, it used to be a nice place. We won't be back. Try The Cliffs next door. Better value, better rooms, better service.

  Lovely rooms HOWEVER, if you are traveling with your pet, you will only get a first floor room. They do not allow pets on the 2nd floor. I prefer a 2nd floor room, or higher, so I can leave my door open to the balcony.

  Had a nice room but didn't get one with a view which was disappointing. restaurant attached to hotel served a good breakfast overlooking the ocean. hotel accepts pets so ...

  Had a nice room but didn't get one with a view which was disappointing. Restaurant attached to hotel served a good breakfast overlooking the ocean. Hotel accepts pets so be aware. Amenities were nice and location is good. Rate was high but was during a holiday weekend.
