  Since this hotel had nearly 4 out of 5 stars, I felt confident in booking it. But when we arrived, there was food left out and spills festering in the refrigerator. There was a stove top, without adequate cookware/utensils. Also, the door would not latch shut unless we pulled on the handle hard enough. The bed had a dip in it and there were stains on the walls, counters, and furniture. The room was nearly unbearable with a 6mo baby. The walls were paper thin and it seemed like we heard EVERYTHING from our neighboring rooms. NOBODY GOT ANY SLEEP. When we went to check out, no one was a the 24hr front desk. My husband had to go FIND the worker. I was charged $4.99 for the entire week's wifi. Nice, until I reviewed my credit card statement and saw that the hotel had charged me $4.99 AND $1200+. I called to dispute the charge and was told I called a number and was on the phone for nearly 19 hours. NO, I wasn't. I checked the phone number which led me to some booking agent in AR. When I continued to dispute the charge with the hotel, they accused my infant (who isn't mobile and wasn't even near the phone) of accidentally dialing the number when I wasn't looking. The worker conversed with the manager (WHO I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SPEAK WITH) and told me I would have to contact the Corporate office because they wouldn't refund a charge that large. Two weeks later, I was able to speak with someone in Corporate who said the hotel should have refunded the charge when I called initially. They said the charge would be refunded. Two days later, I haven't received it and I'm trying to be patient.

  There is no front desk service between 11pm -7am...don't lock yourself out. Great room, laundry...but no blow dryer or shampoo in room. Room is spacious and the kitchen is very convienient. I'd stay here again.

  The rooms themselves were okay. Smelled a little funky when we arrived, we ended up buying some air freshners and it helped. The bed was absolutely terrible! Very uncomfortable. The kitchen is convienent but does not make up for the other downfalls. No service (which I knew) except every 7 days, you can exchange towels at front desk. Things that could be improved: water pressure, hot water, beds, cleanliness. Advice to all if you stay wash your dishes prior to use. They do not provide dishsoap so you can just imagine what some people may do.

  The manager was helpful when called to ask about more than one pet staying however upon arrival the requested booked room was not avail & the front desk said there were no guarantees despite the online booking. Also were told due to pets there would be no daily maid service but we could see front desk if we needed something. When we were there lots of partying & running around at night & doors would be propped open so lacked some security. Would only stay here again if everyone else was booked.
