  This is one of my favorite hotels; however, in this off-season, service and maintenance were not up to usual standard. Room is wonderful, but didn't get prime location even w/ low occupancy. Under-staffed. Bell service was not up to par. Spa facilities & treatments were wonderful. The Marinus NEVER disappoints; they were on top of their game! I would return, but disappointed w/ consistency. Down to 8 from usual 10.
