  First, the area is not the nicest. Most importantly, upon checkin, the gave me a key and when I went to my room, it was OCCUPIED. The key worked and if the metal bar was not accrossed the door, I would have walked in on a man. No regard for privacy or security. I was put in another room, heard sounds all night, door was not a tight close and the bathroo light went on and off all night. Needless to say was able to rebook me and gain a refund.

  The shuttle was prompt and nice driver. the van was old, clunky and the seats were duct taped. the room was nice, bed and pillows nice. the rest of the ...

  The shuttle was prompt and nice driver. The van was old, clunky and the seats were duct taped. The room was nice, bed and pillows nice. The rest of the hotel was dirty - the elevators, breakfast area, etc. The price was good.

  we stayed over for a football game at candlestick park, the desk guy was very helpful. the room was really a suite very large and fully equipt. the breakfast was complete with fresh waffles and great coffee and while we had breakfast the fellow on the front desk said ""may I print out your boarding pass?"" so while we are eating he does just that and how cool is that ? he is the fellow who told us where we could find a great group of cafes almost around the corner. all in all a great visit which we will repeat soon we hope. Also the price was good and to top it off our team won the football game and again just how cool is that ?

  Close to San Francisco Airport, right on the 101 freeway, clean room. big enough, front desk people were nice, helped with directions and internet. Houskeeping lacked a bit, didnt get enough towels for the third day, and they didnt leave any coffee at all on the 3ird day, but for the price, not a bad deal.

  We stayed here the last night of our vacation. One of the best hotels we stayed in. Perfect location for an early morning trip to the airport. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Large, clean room. Continental breakfast was generous and appealing.
