  It is an older looking Motel and nothing for light sleaper. The rooms were clean and the front desk were fast, nice and friendly. No Pets allowed, so not Pet smell and no allergies for me. The walls are very thin and you hear the neighbor talking or taking a shower. Location were excellent, right in the middle of Morro Bay. Short drive to the wine country or San Luis Obispo. Small breakfast with coffee and muffin was good.

  I'm easy going, rarely complaining, but this place was so bad I walked out without a refund. The first room smelled pretty bad, even with three hours of airing it out. The replacement room was okay until I woke up to voices next door. The walls/doors are extremely thin - I could hear every word spoken in normal pitch. Rooms were only $ a night but even at this rate it wasn't worth it. Rarely does a hotel defeat me but this one did.

  Oh my gosh - it was as if someone had just left the room after cleaning a fish - so smelly & dirty. But we needed a cheap motel for one night - a last minute decision to stay in Morro Bay. It was so close to the piers and everything, so in that way my kids had a great time and will never forget it. I felt like I needed to sleep in my clothes on top of a blanket from the car. It grossed me out. And it was the one morning of our vacation that I was up and packed right away.

  The place was dirty. the family that owned and lived there was very rude. we did not feel safe. the door was merily a small lock. People could see trough our bathroom window. They charged too much for this place. The beds were horrible. The place smelled. We reqret staying there. We will never ever stay there again. Do not consider staying here. You will hate it too. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayd in.

  This facility is operated by a charming Indian family so if you check in around mealtime you'll be greeted by the wonderful scent of curry. Our room was small but adequate with bedding comparable to the big boys plus it had a couple nice details you only get in deluxe these days... real coffee cups, real glasses, lovely shower enclosure.
  
  If I had to make one negative comment, I'd skip the continental breakfast that's offered and head down to Sun-N-Buns Bakery & Espresso Bar on the embarcadero for a fabulous choice of quiche, etc.
  
  I would classify the value for money spent as outstanding.
