  When i checked in to my room i found the smoke detector to be in need of a new battery (it was chirping).. i contacted the front desk and the ...

  When I checked in to my room I found the smoke detector to be in need of a new battery (it was chirping).. I contacted the front desk and the maintenance department was on site within 10 minutes to replace the battery

  The hotel staff was very responsive to our needs. initially, the our assigned non-smoking room smelled of smoke. we were immediately moved without hassles to another room.
