  Reserved a room with kitchenette using the travel website. checked-in and found an ordinary room. mangement took no responsibility ... "why didn't you call to confirm" ... charged me $75 ...

  Reserved a room with kitchenette using the travel website. Checked-in and found an ordinary room. Mangement took no responsibility ... "why didn't you call to confirm" ... charged me $75 extra. Moved to a room with a hotplate, tiny fridge and ancient microwave. NO UTENSILS, NOT ONE. Had to go buy pots and pans and dish liquid. Again, management shrugged this off ... "guests steal stuff" .... My advice for your readers is to stay away from this Ramada. I am not getting ripped off again. Zero value for money. In fact it ends up costing more.

  Started with desk clerk who totally ignored us and the constant ringing of his phone. finally when he could no longer ignore us we waited on us.. went to the ...

  Started with desk clerk who totally ignored us and the constant ringing of his phone. Finally when he could no longer ignore us we waited on us.. Went to the room pulled back the bed spread and there was a live bug. When we called the front desk it took forever for some one to answer (surprize surprize) He said he could not control the quality of the room when you go through some internet service. After all this he did finally upgrade us to a small sutie.

  Assigned room prior to my arrival was not prepared. room was filthy. after spending the day in san francisco, i returned to my room and no housekeeping was performed. dirty ...

  Assigned room prior to my arrival was not prepared. Room was filthy. After spending the day in San Francisco, I returned to my room and no housekeeping was performed. Dirty towels, dirty garbage cans and no bedding changed. Ramada Inn in South San Francisco is much cleaner.

  I would say that I will never stay at this hotel again, but I never stayed at it in the first place. Upon arrival, the front desk man told me that there was no reservation under my name. I found another hotel, but they still charged me for my "stay". They refuse to refund me my money because they claim that my reservation was there the entire time and that I was a no-show. If you decide to stay here, bring your reservation number. The hotel was also not very clean and smelled bad. It was in a shady part of town, and I wouldn't want to stay there with my family.
