  The room was clean and surprisingly big. We ended up staying an extra night because we liked the room soo much. My daughter loved the pool as I did, it went up to 8 feet deep! The jacuzzi however never seemed to get hot, a little disappointing since I was hoping to relax my aching back. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, we had many things to choose from and my daughter was delighted to see her favorite fruit loop cereal. The staff was polite and the front desk was helpful. The hotel is located close to resturants, Magic Mountain, a 35 minute drive to Santa Monica, and 20 minute drive to the San Fernando Mission. I would definately stay here again!

  The employees and the management of this hotel has got to be the worst that i have ever experienced. after returning home, we found that this hotel fraudulantly withdrew 2 ...

  The employees and the management of this hotel has got to be the worst that I have ever experienced. After returning home, we found that this hotel fraudulantly withdrew 2 seperate amounts of $*.00 and $*.00 from our account. They claimed that we had a cat and a dog in the room and that someone smoked in the room. Neither of which is true. We traveled 1000 miles and paid someone $*.00 a day to take care of our animals at home so why in the world would we bring any with us. Their proof was animal hair in the room and of course with as many animals as we have, some hair just may come along with us. Oh my god. That does not give them any right to steal money out of our bank account and we will fight this all the way!!!!!!

  The employees and the management of this hotel has got to be the worst that I have ever experienced. After returning home, we found that this hotel fraudulantly withdrew 2 seperate amounts of $*and $*from our account. They claimed that we had a cat and a dog in the room and that someone smoked in the room. Neither of which is true.   This was a great hotel and we would stay here again. This was our first trip to LA and we decided to stay outside the city and travel in for various activities. The hotel was conveniently located just off I5. We had about a 30-45 minute drive to Hollywood and Burbank. Breakfast was always well-stocked. The eating area was large enough that you did not feel cramped. The breakfast area was also kept clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. My son slept on the sofa bed and it probalby could use a new mattress but he slept well despite the mattress. The staff was very helpful and polite and made the stay great.

  This was a great place to stay! The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We have no complaints. The hotel is about 5 minutes from Six Flags/Magic Mountain and about 30 minutes from Universal Studios. We would definitely stay there again!
