  The Hotel is mostly fine BUT do not go there on the pretense of using the Free Airport Shuttle - there is no such thing. I arrived in San Jose and was told to take a shuttle from the airport, which of course was not free- $* from San Jose International to Palo Alto. The room was fine, and the area is very nice - easy connection to the CalTrain.
