  Room large, clean. Property in good condition generally; maintenance doesn't work weekends, bath exhaust fan rattled BADLY. Great, tasty breakfast: real oatmeal, milk, bananananas, brown sugar, raisins, peanut butter, jelly, plus bagels, variety muffins, and great coffee! AND close to the Summergrass Bluegrass venue!

  We requested a 1st floor room because of back injuries that make it difficult for my husband to climb. when we arrived we were told they had a 2nd floor ...

  We requested a 1st floor room because of back injuries that make it difficult for my husband to climb. When we arrived we were told they had a 2nd floor room available. Finally they found a 1st floor room.The maid came in on the first morning while we were at breakfast and threw away anything she decided was trash no matter where I had left it. She also removed all towels from the room and did not replace them. Did not even leave a handtowel so that we could at least dry our hands.Tried to complain to manager. He didn't have time to talk to us. Called guest relations,was told that shouldn't happen. Next day same thing only this time maid went through our belongings. She didn't even bother to close the drawers. The next morning my husband went to move the car so we could load our belongings, the maid just opens the door and walks in. Hotel management response to complaint: "sorry" see you next time. We will not be at this hotel a next time. Bedding and chairs were stained. Of course they make you pay up front and do not give refunds if you leave early. The only good part of our stay was the lady that takes care of the breakfast area every morning.

  Hotel was very nice for the price rooms had hardwood floors, refrig and microwave which is very convenient with kids. complimentary breakfast was great for the husband and kids too :). ...

  Hotel was very nice for the price rooms had hardwood floors, refrig and microwave which is very convenient with kids. Complimentary breakfast was great for the husband and kids too :). Oh, the desk attendant reccommended an Italian restaurant to eat at. It's the menu they leave in your room that vcan deliver or yu can go eat at. That restaurant was awesome. The owner is Italian from the Bronx, the food was delicious and the wine!!!!! I'm from Brooklyn and I know good Italian food that little restaurant was very cozy and warm and the food was amazing. We booked the room for a fast family getaway to visit Sea World, the hotel is about 20-30 min away if you don't mind driving. We booked our vacation very late so this was the only hotel we found that sounded decent and at a good price. I was very impressed. One thing make sure you bring your printout because, when we checked in, the hotel attendant only had reservations for 2 adults that I booked on travelocity. So, I had my son get my printout from travelocity that confirmed my reservations for 2 adults and 2 children. Hotel attendant was trying to tell me that it's more money for added people. But , I had my printout and had already paid for it with my credit card. So, make sure you have all your printouts and I even sugggest once booked, call the hotel and confirm that your reservations are confirmed like I did. I also called hotel and spoke with a Tim and reserved a room next to the pool and made sure there was a refrigertator in the room , he assured me that all their rooms have refrigerators and microwaves and that was correct.
