  Customer service was awful, rude. The room was the size of my bath room. Smelled awful, spoke to the desk they said nothing they could do, maybe I could, with my own money, go purchase a can of Lysol to help. Room was near the road, could hear every car that passed, the nieghbors above us, and beside us. We paid in cash, as we were ready to leave we were told that the room needed to be inspected before we could leave, or get our "deposit" back. Was humilliating, I am not a 15 year old run a way from home. My husband and I were in town for son in law and daughters graduation. The "manager" was the rudest "female", for loss of a better word, ever. She was very pompas, and more worried about her makeup, than the fact that we were ready to leave. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE, BUT THERE. It was the worst hotel experience ever.

  I stay here whenever I come to town. All of the staff are friendly and make me feel welcome. My room is always clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for my home away from home. I will absolutely stay here everytime I am in town.
