  We paid $8000 to rent the ENTIRE property for a 3-day wedding weekend and ended up being treated terribly by the owner, xyz. the rest of the staff was fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, but the owner's attitude was horrible, rude and disrespectful. I would have have come back every year for my anniversary, but because of how incredibly foul the owner was, my family, friends and I will not spend a dime there ever again. The way we were treated led me to believe all the things I'd heard whispered about some people in Ojai

  I was quite impressed the moment I stepped into the room. It tastefully and artistically decorated, it was clean and comfortable. Outside, the grounds are attractively landscaped, the pool is small but in a cozy sort of way. The office staff was friendly. This place is halfway between a hotel and a bed and breakfast inn -- there are only about 12-15 units, I think. When I read the few negative reviews of this place on other websites, I come away wondering, "Were they at the same hotel I was?
