  My room was comfy and the service was impressive. It was great to have free Wifi (which was reliable and quick) and a plethora of eating spots nearby. I enjoyed my stay and would go there again.

  For the price the place is a good deal. I have stayed there three times with in the past 2 years (visiting family in San Bruno). I have enjoyed this hotel and will probably stay there again if I need to go to San Bruno. The staff has always been very professional and helpful. The room has always been clean. On this last visit I brought my own towels theirs seem to be washed in tons of Bleach and a little too hard on my sensitive skin (psoriasis). Parking has never been a problem. This place has security cameras in the parking lot and hallways which gives you that extra sense of security. It?s close to highway 101 and 280 and a great breakfast spot which I highly recommend (Millbrae House of Pancakes). Like I said for the price is not a bad deal.

  Pros: The room was surprisingly large for a cheapish hotel near the airport. Free wi-fi available. Very clean. Cons: Giant spa sized bathtub a little difficult to get into and out of. A person in a wheelchair is probably going to be very unhappy with this. WARNING - The "free shuttle bus" they use is actually a van with EXTREMELY LIMIITED space for luggage and passengers. It could possibly hold 7 people plus a driver, but I don't see it holding their luggage. If you are staying here but traveling with a large party and/or bringing a lot of large pieces of luggage, you may honestly find it easier to take a cab. Realistically the van can hold about 4-5 passengers andt their luggage if it's not too big and no more. Several people at the airport were very unhappy when the van had to leave them and return for them because there was no room for their luggage although there was space for them as passengers. The pros do outweigh the cons here and I would definitely stay here again, but travelers do need to know that getting from the airport to the hotel via the "free shuttle bus" may take a lot of time due to the van's relatively small size.

  Room smelled, had dirty carpets and very noisy making it diffcult to sleep. stayed one night and did the park and fly where we left the car in the lot ...

  Room smelled, had dirty carpets and very noisy making it diffcult to sleep. Stayed one night and did the park and fly where we left the car in the lot for 4 days. Upon return, we were refused when we asked to use the restroom. Once we were dropped off to our car, apparently we were no longer guests. I would definatley spend a few extra bucks next time and stay somewehre else.

  I have been frequenting the lower price hotels on the north peninsula for a couple months now due to business obligations. I have no problem with this hotel at all. Friendly South Asian staff keep the place very clean. The plus column gets cleanliness, location, and price. Also, the free internet is very fast, faster than any others I have seen, in the 200 kbps range. The minuses include a hard bed (my room, at least) and noise from El Camino, but that can't really be helped.
  
  Good value accomodation.
