  Stayed twice as couldn't cancel reservations, windows lock by jamming door between window and wall. Door locks are sometimes house door lock and do not appear safe. Air didn't work and were threatened to be kicked out when complaining. They refused to give us a room that had air even though they had open ones. Rooms are not clean. Lightbulbs missing from most lamps. Worst hotel I've stayed in. Oh and shuttle service is limitied.

  The stay in the Days Inn in Tukwila was nice. The women at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was even comfortable which is always a plus. There is also a restaurant right next door, that was full of friendly people, good food, and did stay open late. The Days Inn is also only minutes from down town. My only complaint would be that the toilet was broken so it ran all night long. There was also a sign in the room that said if you forgot something to call the front desk. Which I did forget a few things and come to find out that they do not have extra stuff at the front desk. If I had to rate this hotel on a scale on 1-10 I would give it a 7 1/2 and If I was to need a hotel in Sealte I would choose The Days Inn.

  We stayed just the one night. Not a good experience. Room not very clean and rundown. Our door opened onto a parking lot for trucks so a lot of noise. Bed uncomfortable, lamp didn't work, room smelled bad. Would not stay there again. We could not get out of there fast enough the next morning.

  This hotel is an embarassment to the chain. I have never stayed in one in such poor condition. The carpets and chair were stained, dirty and smelled. The light was broken, possibly a hazard and they never fixed it. There was a dirty towel left in the bathtub when we arrived. The pool was very cold - a huge disappointment to our son. The TV was so old the color was poor. We have stayed many times with this chain and I have never written a poor review, but this one deserves it.

  I STAYED IN ROOM 223 WAS THE WORST BED I HONESTLY HAVE EVER SLEPT IN . THE KING SIZE MATTRESS WAS HARD INCOMFORTABLE, BROKEN DOWN AND HAD A HUGE RIDGE IN THE MIDDLE. IT MADE THE NEXT DAY PAINFUL FOR MY GIRL FRIEND AND I. WE USED THE HOT TUB FOR A BIT. IT WAS NOT THE CLEANEST LOOKING AND LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN TRAINED AND PAINTED POORLY TO COVER UP WEAR AND TEAR. THE AIR CONDITIONING WORKED THOUGH. THE MAID SERVICE THAT WAS CLEANING SOME OF THE ROOMS EARLY WAS NICE ENOUGH TO HAVE NO DISREGUARD FOR PEOPLE ATTEMPING TO SLEEP IN ON A VACATION AND WOKE US UP AROUND 8 AM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYONE. I ALSO NOTICED THAT WHEN CHECKING IN THEY HAD A MAP WITH DIFFERENT ROOMS HIGHLIGHTED. IT WAS FOR THE QUALITY AND I GUESS INTERNET CUSTOMERS DID NOT NEED ANYTHING NICE OR HAD NO VALUE AS GUESTS TO MANAGEMENT.
