  I never in my life have stood at such a bad hotel. First of all when I went to check in there was no one in the office. I had to wait for about 20 minutes for someone to help me and I checked in about 5:00 p.m.. Also if you want your room cleaned daily then you must pay extra. I checked in on a Sunday and they did not clean my room to Thursday and only because I complained. I asked for clean towels at 7:00 a.m. one morning and they where mad. They told me that I would have to wait until 10:00 when the maid started her shift, I had to complain again and then they made me walk to the front office to get my own towels because they said they where to busy to bring them to me. The rooms where dirty and when the maid did clean the room she only made the beds, no trash was thrown or bathrooms cleaned. The room came with a microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator but none of them worked. I would never ever stay there again.

  It was a dump! The lighting was poor, the appliances were unpluged to save electricity, there was no hot water and the dresser drawers were nailed shut, so we could not put our clothes away. In addition to that they had taken the refrigerator dail out at four the four days we were there it did not get cold. I think they do this to save on their light bill. It wasn't at all what the website said it would be. They also did not have the complementary breakfast they were said to provide. Please do not use this hotel as a part of your packages. Please give a another thought before using this hotel.
