  The pictures of the room were a lie. They sitting area doesn't exist if you get the 2 beds. TV had like 6 channels... sometimes. The hotel staff was really nice. The pool area was cool and so were the free food and champagne. The no clock thing was weird but you get used to it after awhile. For the price, it is a good hotel if you just want to sleep and party in LA all day. Great place for young people because that is who mostly stay there.

  I was pleasantly suprised by this little gem. The clientele was mostly young Europeans and very fun. The room was fine though there was no alarm clock or clock of any kind, which seemed odd. The free dinner buffet didn't offer much but it is a free snack anyway. The staff was mostly very nice and accomodating, the big exception was the front desk, there are 2 not very nice women working there. I was nervous about the location but it was unfounded. The folks I talked to in the neighborhood were all friendly. we walked around the area quite a bit. And the hotel is located close to anything you might need... fast food, sit down food, stores;esp. liquor stores...like 1 per block, gas. Hollywood Park racetrack and casino is just a few blocks away and well worth the visit. Also the hotel shuttle is available for trips to some places and they have a rent a car place on site. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again for sure.

  The bathtub get clogged up. there's ants crawling everywhere in the restroom. the blanket has holes that are sewed up. the water from the sink smell like sewage water. ...

  The bathtub get clogged up. There's ants crawling everywhere in the restroom. The blanket has holes that are sewed up. The water from the sink smell like sewage water. The TV power button was missing. The mini fridge doesn't even work, when i opened the door there was a towel in it. The carpet was dirty, there was pieces of chocolate candies on the floor as if nobody has properly clean this room before our stay. It is a dirty hotel that made us itch every single minute. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Stayed for 3 nights in March, 2009. This place is more like a youth hostel than a hotel. Noise into the wee hours of the morning, right in a flight path over LAX. Neighborhood fine, as long as you don't walk outside... Dead bolt lock hung half detached from our room door, no hand towels stocked as a matter of course, refrigerator freezer frosted over, crusty ice trays of an indeterminate age. "Suite" is just having a wall in the middle of the room, decor out of a horror movie -- Hawaiian print curtains, plaid bedspreads. Limited TV - not even ESPN or CNN, in the one room of the "suite" that had a TV. Will not be returning.

  This hotel had 5 rooms rented. you can see this due to all rooms are located on catwalks. we slept standing up. clothes on . paint peeling from ceiling. ants in ...

  this hotel had 5 rooms rented. you can see this due to all rooms are located on catwalks. we slept standing up. clothes on . paint peeling from ceiling. ants in bathtub. room smelled of mold. very bad. was advised by employee not to walk street as was bad area. drunken women walking in hotel courtyard area, very drunk and bruised, known by name, to front desk. she seemed to have a regular room there. i took this room because i had 8 hours between flights, connecting from tuesday night to wednesday morning. i should have stayed at airport. would have been cleaner. this was my first visit to a on line website. probably my last. it was no way worth the money i spent. best part was the van to and from airport.
