Cancellations or changes within 14 days of arrival in winter or 2 days of arrival in summer will result in One Night cancellation fee. Holiday: Dec 18-Jan 2, 2010 - Guests may change or cancel prior to Nov 1, 2009 and only forfeit a 30 cancellation fee. On Nov 1, 2009 the remaining balance of the reservation is due in full and automatically charged to the credit card on file. Reservations made on or after Nov 1, 2009 will be non-refundable. Cancellations or changes made after Nov 1, 2009 will result in the forfeiture of the entire balance and cannot be credited towards a future stay.
