  • There is a resort fee of 20/night regardless of room type or the number of guests. This fee is charged directly to the guest at check-in.
  • This property has a non-refundable 30 cancellation fee. Cancellation policies vary depending time of year. Apr 20-Nov 11, 2009 & Nov 12-Apr 17, 2010 (excluding Holiday): You may cancel or change up to 14 days in winter or 2 days in summer prior to your arrival date and only forfeit a 30 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes within 14 days of arrival in winter or 2 days of arrival in summer will result in One Night cancellation fee. Holiday: Dec 18-Jan 2, 2010 - Guests may change or cancel prior to Nov 1, 2009 and only forfeit a 30 cancellation fee. On Nov 1, 2009 the remaining balance of the reservation is due in full and automatically charged to the credit card on file. Reservations made on or after Nov 1, 2009 will be non-refundable. Cancellations or changes made after Nov 1, 2009 will result in the forfeiture of the entire balance and cannot be credited towards a future stay.

    Wonderful location and beautiful facilities. The beds in the bedrooms were excellent, but the fold-out couch bed was not very comfortable. We happened to be there on a warm day and there is no air conditioning or cross ventilation. Do not adjust the wall controls as they activate the heaters and only increase the heat in the room.

    The condo was hot when we checked in at 8pm. We were told that it would cool quickly with the windows open. It had no air conditioning. It did have ceiling fans. It was still hot when we checked out the next day. We were told we could use the vending machines at ""our own risk."" They didn't say that $4 later we wouldn't have anything to drink. An employee told my husband that drinks would be brought to our room. He never returned. I don't know what we paid an additional $20 facility fee for. Condo was very small. We were glad to leave.
