  All I needed was a place that was clean in order to write.. I found it here. What do you expect for $*? Of course there is no fancy breakfast, just pre-packaged muffin, OJ, and coffee, no pool, etc, but the people are nice. Warning: there is no coffee maker in room, but you're right downtown near coffee shops. Also, if you want wi-fi, tell them and they'll put you next to the office network.
