  We booked 2 rooms for a few days while the in-laws were visiting. We drove 20 hours to Orlando before checking in. Check-in was quick. I was in and out of there in about a minute. Front desk staff was friendly, there was an extra charge of $*/night for each room, can't remember what it was for now, but our rooms were still a good deal in the end. We felt a little hesitant about entering the room, since we didn't know what to expect. Surprisingly, the rooms looked alright! The sheets & pillows were fresh and clean. The beds were shockingly comfy (this is coming from someone who has a hard time sleeping). The bathrooms could use some work when it comes to the tub (our tub plug was broken). The toiletries were nice, as they were Bath & Body Works brand...even our in-laws liked that bit! The Ice Machines were in working order. They seemed to have a nice swimming pool, but we didn't get a chance to go swimming in it. They have a restaurant next door that offers a $* breakfast buffet, which is good if you're starting the day early and want some food to keep your stomach happy until later. Overall, I'd stay at this hotel again & definitely recommend it to others. Also, Universal Studios is a 15 minute walk away!

  After reading the other reviews, I was leery of staying here. However, we did book the hotel and spent 3 nights. It was a great hotel for the price. The beds were comfortable, the rooms and corriders were cleaned daily and smelled fresh. We used the free Internet with no problems. It was close to Universal and across the street from Wet n Wild. Several times, we contacted the front desk for various things such as additional towels with no problems and prompt service. The pool was clean and well taken care of. I have no complaints and would stay here again.

  The person at the front desk had to finish her personal call first..I heard everything before she would help me.. Then the room was a mess. hair still on the bathroom floor. Then on top of that IF there was a fire we could not get out the door right buy our room! But had to go a long way to a fire door. We were on the 3rd floor. Have stayed at alot of hotels in Orlando.. This I consider the most dangerous..Contacted the Fire Marshall about the locked doorway to the stairs. Scary... Would not Stay here again no matter what..

  This was a bad smelling place, staff did not follow thru on requests, hard to find entrance, pool bar was not open and really needs to be torn down, never ...

  this was a bad smelling place, staff did not follow thru on requests, hard to find entrance, pool bar was not open and really needs to be torn down, never found hot tub nor laundry servces, they claim to have transport to sea world and disney but only leave 1 time a day there is a trolley right in front of hotel - liked the area around hotel plenty to do in walking distance but did not like the hotel
