I admit I was agravated because travel website agents and Hyatt Regency agents gave me different answers concerning Taxes and Fees charges. In addition to me paying travel website $245 for taxes and fees, the hotel charged me an additional $18 per day for fees and $2.50 for room tax per day. It was a lousy trip. It appeared everyone attemped to shake you down for money all ligitimate of course. I could go on complaining but I think I'll choose the west coast next and another travel agency.

We stayed at Grand Cypress for 6 nights. We are in our 30's. We came here for a getaway without the kids. I would stay here if you are planning on spending most of the time at the hotel. The bed was nice and comfortable. The rooms were outdated but clean. The maid service was excellent. The grounds were absolutlely amazing. There are many pools and hot tubs that are open 24 hours. Bikes, golf, kayaks, tennis, and hammock use were all included. The doors to get to the pool are located right by the sushi bar so going in and out is awkard when there are people all dressed up eating right in front of you when you return from the pool. The rooms are being renovated right now but didn't impact us at all. The balcony is small (extends about 2 feet). Ask for a pool view and you will be able to see Epcot's and Magic Kingdom's fireworks. There is a macaw in the lobby which I enjoyed seeing everyday. This hotel is in a great location. It's minutes from Disney and many, many restaurants. Staff was wonderful and accommodating.

Nice hotel with lots of amenities. However, it rained the entire time! We were not able to use the outdoor facilities such as the pool, bicycles, boating ,etc. Think we would've liked it more if you could've used the amemities for $15 resort fee. Rooms were small for the price. Had to pay $10 a day for wireless. Ridiculous!!!!! Registration process was not friendly. Valet was nice but pricey. Loved the location, loved the seclusion. We ordered pizza from room service. It was very CHEESY, don't order unless you LOVE cheese!

Stayed one night on business and found everything to be quite nice - though pricey. Staff were all courteous and helpful. Dinner in Hemingway's was excellent. Meeting rooms were very nice. I would think the resort would make a very nice family vacation spot near Disney. The swimming pools looked very nice and clean. My room was smallish but well appointed.
