  I am a fan of Hampton Inns - usually. This one, just like most Hampton Inns does give you the great bed. The room was excellent - quality and cleanliness wise. And the breakfast offered was acceptable. The problem was with the internet and the staff. The internet didn't work in the room. When I complained about it the staff acted surprised and said that it must be a temporary thing. The staff lied though. I was able to access internet "in one spot in the hallway, sitting on the floor." When other guests passed me and saw me doing this, many of them commented about how they had also not had internet and that they had complained - one said "for all week!" I stay at Hamptons when I travel on business because I depend on the internet. Hampton promises this convenience. The staff lied. The staff made no apalogies. The staff were VERY unfriendly; and rude. All of that is even more important than the lack of internet. I did complain to Hampton Inns (corporate). I am a member of Hilton Honors. HH promised to actually reimburse me for my stay here. That hasn't happened. (I stayed in this hotel in December, 2007 - so I've been waiting now for 5 months!) I will probably NEVER stay at this hotel again.

  The bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was good. the staff was helpful in giving directions. i would definitely stay again with my family.

  This hotel has recently become a Hampton Inn. They have renovated top to bottom inside and out. Staff was very nice and asked if we needed anything or if the room was clean. Restaurants are not near but a short drive puts you in the Midtown area. Aquarium and Coke Museum very convenient.
