  This was a good place to stay. The shuttle service was $ for our family of 4. Breakfast area was very crowded every morning. Only thing that wasn't good for us was due to other people not being considerate in the hallways - making a lot of noise at not appropriate hours. But other than that, we had a great time and felt that we were safe here. Our kids had the bunkbeds and they thought that was so great!

  I check in late to the hotel only to find that one of the tv's remote didn't work, the other tv only got about half the channels, and ...

  I check in late to the hotel only to find that one of the TV's remote didn't work, the other TV only got about half the channels, and I had no cable to connect to the internet. I called the front desk for a new remote or new batteries, and they said they could not do anything. The next morning, the shower had no hot water.

  We spent 3 nights in a 2 room suite. There were two adults and one teenager. The room was all that we had hoped for. Beds were very comfortable. Our teenager was very happy to see the bunk bed instead of a sleeper sofa. In another review I read that someone found the towels like sandpaper. Maybe they upgraded them since that persons stay. We found them soft and fluffy. The front desk staff was cheerful, helpful, and courteous. We were happy to find that both the pool and spa were heated. The Cheesecake Factory being almost right accross the street was a nice surprise. The free continental breakfast was about what you'd expect. We tried it once, but chose to eat out the other mornings. Overall, we were very happy, would recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there again.

  La Quinta Inn was a no-frills experience - but happily all the basics were well covered. We had a family suite, which was great. The bunk bed for the kids meant that they economically had their own beds. Pool and hot tub were great ""after Disney"" sources of entertainment. If you did not walk enough, there was an exercise room with three sources for cardio workouts. Staff was extremely courteous and anxious to please. Problem with AC unit was corrected in less than 10 minutes. Towels were made of sand paper.

  The front desk personnel were friendly and courteous but not very good at giving directions. The vending/ice maker room was at the very far end of the hall from our room. The microwave oven is small - couldn't fit a bag of microwave popcorn in there! Just little annoying things but would probably stay again.
