  We stayed here celebrating our anniversary. We were surprised and pleased by our stay. EVen though we were off strip, they had a very efficent shuttles taking us back and forth. Since the crowds were walking through the hotel casinos there by the thousands, we could appreciate the more intimate family atmosphere at Orlean's. Kids were everywhere. There is so much to entertain them. A 70 lane bowling alley. Game rooms. A multi-movie theater. Child play area, etc.... All ages could play in this hotel. There was an amazing jazz band in the Irish pub. The tables, slots, video poker were generous. There were Plazma screens everywhere because of the sport betting people and keno people. We liked the Las Vegas style keno. The buffet was excellent. All the staff there were friendly and very helpful. Our room was very nice with a beautiful view of the south strip and mountains. The beds were very comfortable. We want one. The window above the tub that opened up was very interesting. We have no complaints about our stay at all.

  From valet to housekeeping everyone was polite and extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk was without a doubt the most curteous, knowledgeable that I have encountered in any hotel in Las Vegas that I have stayed at in the past eight years. Everyone was kind. We needed more pillows and received them in a very short time with no questions asked. We also needed a refridgerator for medicine and it was delivered quickly. The rooms were very nice and extremely large. The buffet was as always very good. I would stay here anytime and recommend it to anyone who would ask. Selection of slot machines is not bad either. They are very new machines. Lots of fun. Thanks

  Rooms were large and clean, staff was friendly. prompt service. short wait for elevators. Left two rings in room, they mailed and were here 3 days later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Steak at Prime Rib loft was excellant, 14 oz prime rim with the extra's and had around 3 oz left over from each one.
