    Was a great vacation, would go again! staff is great, rooms are clean, great beach no crowds, always got a cabbana........people are so nice omg even speak english. more ...

    Was a great vacation, would go again! Staff is great, rooms are clean, great beach no crowds, always got a cabbana........People are so nice omg even speak english. More so than i can say for U,S, a vist to a hotel or motel here. Was a wonderful vacation,,,,,,, but we rented a car. better than waiting for bus! you better like it hot....... if u do great slow pased hotel, Wonderful people we met even the staff. they need a raise. lol Only one part we didnt care for was the pool area , people eating right next to pool, That was the only down fall. so we only used pool once....... if u like it nice & quite this is the place to go! Then get a rent a car & have a blast .......... we did! Pa. USA

    From the welcome from Sharon at the Front Recpetion Desl at the Manchebo Beach Resort and Spa to the morning greetings from the staff, our visit at the Manchebo Beach Resort and Spa was wonderful. The rooms were perfect and so was the beach just a few steps away. All the staff, the lawn chair man, the beach bar staff, the resturante staff and even the security personnel were very friendly. The beach was beautiful and very peaceful; very relaxing; so relaxing that most women (including my wife) sunbathed topless on the beach without any worry. Very relaxing atmosphere, which is what we were looking for at this resort. Also the resort is situated on Eagle Beach for walking distance, or short bus ride between the high rise hotels and downtown Orjanstand. I would highly recommend this resort to couples seeking romance and relaxation.

    My husband and I have been to the island 6 times in a row. Last year (we didn't go in 2009, had our bathroom remodeled) we stayed at Manchebo instead of the Tamarijn. We loved it! It was relaxing and quiet (no kids). We opted out of the meal plan and went to the grocery store for liquor and munchies. Lunch is really good at the bar. Dinner was at Pizza Bob's almost every night. I hope it's still there next year. I love Manchebo's beach...and the hospitality. We look forward to another great vacation!

    Aruba has a high rise area filled with people and activities and a somewhat faster pace. Manchebo Beach is in the low rise area. It has the widest beach, sugary white sand, a slower pace, and an international flavor. The rooms are simple and clean with the beach right outside your patio. Nice pool, nice bar ;w/the occasional Vegas style singer but usu. somebody better;. Friendly and attentive staff. No, it's not the Ritz and the gambling casino across the street ;not affiliated w/them; is kind of crummy. For excitement, the high rise section is only a 10-15 minute drive up the street. All the same, if you're looking for a relaxed place to rejuvenate at a reasonable price then this is a good choice.

    If you’re looking for sand and sun, Manchebo Resort is the place to go. There is plenty of space on the beach. The strand resembles an ivory soft towel, and the water is as clear as crystal. If you’re looking for fun and food, there are better places on the island, and you’ll find them. The service displays the whole spectrum of human behaviors. From cranky to happy to service you, you’ll experience it all. The resort looks like as if a Club Med architect never could made up his mind. It’s a seldom concoction of faux Versailles, Tuscan piazzetta, Polynesian Tiki huts, and a plumber warehouse, all of the late sixties. The rooms are the style Willy Loman must have experienced as he traveled the country as a salesman, especially the bathroom. But then again, there's the beach…..Priceless.
