  I stayed there through a booked flight with travel online. When I got there I had to pay again and my room wasnt ready for another 12 hours. anywho the good news is it is an awesome hotel and I enjoyed my three nights there with such pleasure, that I will make sure that it is on the up and up next time I go and I will make sure It stay at the Kras!

  The hotel was perfect for our visit to Amsterdam. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was right in the middle of everything. We were even able to walk there easily from the train station. The staff was very helpful and accomodating - they were also family friendly providing a comfortable roll away bed for our child. Walk a couple of blocks from the hotel to get breakfast because the hotel's buffet is outrageously expensive (28 Euros!) and the shops nearby are overpriced. The only complaint I have is that the room smelled like cigarettes. I am not sure if they have non-smoking rooms (I didn't ask), but if you don't smoke you may want to check before reserving.

  I booked with this hotel through travel on line in July 09. for a reservation for Aug 30. I just realized this hotel is not in the area I wanted to be. Tried to book another hotel, but even though it's over a month a way, this hotel is charging me for the entire charge and will not allow me to cancel. When I booked it, it did not say anywhere on travel on line site this will happen. I called travel on line and asked for a supervisor..a lot a good that did. They could NOT help me.

  One of the best places I've stayed! My only problem was trying to pronounce the name! We were met by a very freindly doorman then ushered tot he front desk where the staff was super friendly! It was my birthday weekend and me and my friend were upgraded to an apartement! The apartment was beautiful! Very clean and really quiet! The location of the hotel is fantastic too. really close to the train, red light district, Anne Frank House, shopping, canal tours, cafes, etc. Could not have had a better expereince! Highly recommend this hotel!
