    This was a horrible experience. I paid for a Bally's room and they gave me a room in the Clairidge. None of the staff there were accomadating or informative. The check in line was insanely slow. The pool was closed at 5 pm. Their mediocrity is the reason why Atlantic City is in a rut. They have all the oppurtunity to be the vegas of the east coast. They choose not to be because they settle for subpar performance and lack of ambition. Sans casino, I could have had a staycation in my little town of Somerset, New Jersey and got better service and equal comfort.

    i stayed in the bally tower. the room was nice with a jacuzi and a seperate shower. i honestly had no complaints, it was my b-day and i also got engaged so i was on cloud 9 the whole time. we have plans to go back soon.

    My real problem was, I had some sort of comapny in my bed ;not in a good way;. I felt something crawling on me. I had them clean my room the next day. Apparently, the housekeeper just made up the bed and not change the sheets ;like I asked;. Becasue the little whatever crawled on me again. Just for that, I think I'll stay somewhere else when I go back to AC.

    Rudeness and lack of customer orientation on the part of valets, front desk and service personal - all before or right at check-in. - After directing us to a parking spot while I checked in, same valet came over 5 minutes later, pounded on our car, and told my wife that she had to move the care, immediately. She was blocking traffic. When my wife asked where, he said he didn't care. My wife is an undconfortable driver, and unfamiliar with Atlantic City. When she explained this to the valet, he said that was her problem, and demanded that she move again. - It took 45 minutes to an hour to check in a 1:30 PM. Still I was told rooms wouldn't be ready until 5:00 PM (Checkin is 3:00 pm). We were told to come then and pick up key. - When I returned a 5:00, I stood in line another 45 minutes to pick up two room keys. It still took another hour to get our leggage delivered to the room. - When I got to my roon, my key wouldn't work. I had to go back, get in line again, to get the key redone. The desk guy said it was erased when I put it in my wallet next to a credit card.. I put this one in my pocket. That key didn't work either. I returned again. Iin line again. He redid it again, said something in my pocket erased it. It din't wortk again. This time I carried it in my hand. It didn't work again. When I returned, he said I would have to get back in the checj-in line to get it fixed. That line was longer than when I originally checked in. - Room safe didn't work. Call didn't help!

    Reserved a room at Ballys, only to be placed at the Claridge. The Claridge was a hotel purchased by Bally's a few years ago. Bathroom ceilings and walls were molded, carpet and furniture dirty. Horrible smell in the hallway. Complained to the manager and she said there was nothing they could do to transfer my husband and I to another room. We reserved a king sized bed but were stuck with two doubles. A most unpleasant experience. We will never ever stay their again. If you have reservations, cancel them and reserve a room in another hotel.
