  • Room was comparable to a motel, not a resort

    My room was located in an old tower of the resort the furniture was chipped and the carpet was stained. i don't think it would've made any difference ...

    My room was located in an old tower of the resort The furniture was chipped and the carpet was stained. I don't think it would've made any difference if I was given a newer and cleaner room, though. This hotel had a very limitesub-basic Cable line-up, and they're still using older Standard-Definition television sets. Most true resort hotels I've stayed in, now have Hi-Def sets with a full cable line-up. Some have premium channels ;HBO &/or Showtime.; I can live without the movie channels, but at least they have the same standard cable line-up as the average guest's home cable line-up.

    The front desk was friendly, checkin took 15mins. For the money the room was OK. What my greatest let down was the overall experience. Altantic City should take soom leasons from their Vegas counterparts. In short, you draw more flies with honey then vinegar. For the money these hotels charge the eminites should be equal.

    Wonderful!!! loved every minute of it! great room. huge, clean and new. service was awesome...the pool absolutely wonderful! access to other hotels and casinos great!

    We stayed in the Water Tower. Loved it. Large room and bathroom. Staff was very nice. The childrens' pool was a little too small for the amount of people who wanted to swim, but the sun deck was very nice. You need to pay a onre-time fee of $5 to park in the Harrah's garage. Still unclear about the rules on getting transfer receipts to park for free at some of the other casinos. When we left the Harrah's garage in the AM, some parking attendants cheerfully gave us the parking transfer and one parking attendant adamantly refused. Checked with hotel management, but they never gave us a clear answer on this. Would recommend this hotel.

    Nice clean rooms but unable to cool even with the air conditioner. kids must use separate pool. buffet was only open in the evening and not on monday!
